Ordering & Pricing
Do you offer price matching?
If you have found a lower price, click here to fill out a form and we’ll meet or beat it!
What is the minimum fuel order amount?
We offer price tiers based on the number of gallons ordered (volume discounts). Our regular advertised price is based on ordering 150 gallons.
What happens if I order less than the minimum?
If you order less than the minimum amount, you may be subject to a below minimum delivery fee.
Do you have senior citizen, veteran, or first responder discounts?
We do not offer discounts at this time.
What happens if I call for oil and the price drops the next day?
Once your order has been placed the price will be locked in for the next delivery in your service area. We will not increase your price per gallon if the price goes up the next day, neither will we decrease the price per gallon should it drop.
Delivery Information
Do you offer emergency delivery service?
Yes. We offer same-day fuel delivery and emergency oil delivery service. For prompt emergency service give us a call at 610-439-3080.
What is your delivery service area?
We offer delivery to all of Lehigh County, along with select areas of Northampton & Berks County. View our complete service area coverage map to confirm delivery availability in your area.
What time do you start delivering and when do you end for the day?
Our peak season hours are 5am-7pm and off-season delivery hours are typically 6am-4pm.
Do you offer fuel delivery on Saturdays?
Under normal circumstances, no. However, during peak winter season we might be able to deliver on a Saturday based on driver availability.
Can you call on your way there?
We do not call, but we try to send an automated text when the driver is on the way to your delivery stop.
What happens if my tank doesn’t take the amount I ordered?
If you’ve pre-paid for a certain amount and take less than what you ordered, we will contact you to see if you want to keep the over-payment as a credit toward your next order or have the amount refunded.
Payment
How and when do I pay?
We accept cash, check with credit card pre-authorization, money order, or debit card (no fee) and credit card (2% fee). Payment must be completed at the time of order placement or upon delivery unless there is a pre-authorized credit card on file, then you have 5 business days to complete payment.
What happens if I want to pay cash and need to know when you are coming?
We can’t provide an exact delivery time, so if you are concerned that you might not be home to pay in cash, you can visit one of our locations to pay in person.
Can I call with payment after you deliver or place an order now and call tomorrow with the payment?
All orders must have a payment made prior to the fuel delivery.
Fuel & Services
Do you deliver off-road fuel or on-road fuel?
We deliver off-road fuel for home or commercial building heating purposes. We also offer on-road and off-road diesel.
Do you deliver propane?
No. We currently offer home heating oil, on-road and off-road diesel.
What are the benefits of Automatic Delivery Program?
Automatic delivery saves you the time and stress of having to keep an eye on your fuel gauge while offering you savings! Automatic customers will always receive the 400-gallon oil price (up to 5 cents off per gallon) and free priority emergency delivery service should you run out of oil.
